Onsightful respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice compliant with 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) to our designated DMCA agent:

How to Reach Us: Submit a request via our contact page and select the “DMCA” category. If you cannot access the form, include the required information in any written notice mailed to the address listed there.
Takedown Notice Requirements
Your notification must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing with enough detail for us to locate it
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §512(g). Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located (or Boulder County, Colorado, if outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the notifying party or their agent
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification we may restore the content unless the original complainant files an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringement.
Repeat Infringers
Onsightful may terminate accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing material at our discretion.
